What we Liked Most about the Oyama Halogen Oven
This halogen ovens cooks food at half the time of a regular oven and even has a self-cleaning feature. You will find that the food really retains its natural flavor. Using the halogen oven to cook means it is easy, fast, healthy and easy to clean up afterwards.
What we Did Not Like about the Oyama Halogen Oven
The only downside to this halogen oven is cleaning of the lid. Over time fine mist from grease and other greasy vapor will accumulate on the lid turning it brown. The head unit is not detachable from the dome lid and you cannot submerge the head in water because of the electronics. However, if you wipe it down after each use it will at least be clean.

If you want to cook a pizza in this halogen oven there is a trick to getting it crispy. The key to baking a pizza to perfection is to bake it upside down! When you place the pizza crust side up it is baked to a golden brown!
This oven easily fits on the kitchen counter and is great if you have a small apartment sized kitchen or even if you have an RV, boat or recreational cottage.
You might find that the instruction and cook book is not written well, but there are plenty of videos and other information online if you need it.
It is like a grill only for the indoors! Great for grill steak, chicken or fish when the weather is freezing and you don’t want to use your barbeque grill. Also, you won’t have to buy propane and your food won’t taste of it either.
Because it uses a glass bowl, you will be able to watch your food cooking.
